Who you are dealing with

GEOMG is published by Pepform Pty Ltd, ABN 32 660 008 159, of Melbourne, Australia. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

GEOMG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for OpenAI, Perplexity AI, Google, or any other company whose AI products we measure.

What the service provides

GEOMG runs a set of questions, written around your business type and suburb, against ChatGPT and Perplexity. It records whether your business was named in each answer, which businesses were named instead, and which websites those answers drew from.

The free first check is a single snapshot in time, delivered by email within 48 hours of your submission. Monthly subscriptions repeat the same check once a month and add a comparison to the previous result.

We write the questions. You do not see them in advance. Questions do not name your business by name, because a question that names you guarantees a mention and measures nothing.

What we cannot promise

AI assistants change their answers constantly. A result from one day does not predict the next day's result, and a good result today does not mean you will appear tomorrow. We report what the assistants said when we asked, not a stable fact about them.

We have no control over ChatGPT, Perplexity, or any other AI assistant. We cannot make them name your business, and we do not promise they will. The report shows where you stand; what you do with that information is yours to decide.

We take accuracy in our own process seriously. Every answer we record is the actual answer the assistant returned when we asked. We do not edit or summarise answers before assessing them.

Payment and cancellation

The first check is free. No card is required and no obligation follows from receiving it.

Monthly subscriptions are A$449 per month, ex GST. You may cancel at any time by emailing us. We will stop the next check and issue no further charges. We do not offer refunds for checks already run.

If we are unable to run a check in a given month due to a fault on our side, we will either rerun it or not charge for that month.

Your data

We collect your business name, business type, suburb, and email address. We use this to run the check and to send you the report. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for any other purpose.

Liability

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, and we do not attempt to.

Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from acting or not acting on the basis of a check result. Since the monthly subscription is A$449, our liability is limited to resupplying the check.

Nothing here limits liability for anything the law does not permit us to limit.

Changes, and which law applies

We may update these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed. If you have a problem with anything here, email jarred@referlabs.com.au first: most things are fixable quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Nothing here affects your right to take a complaint to a regulator or a consumer authority.
