By accessing or using Income Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Income Lab is a business operated by Pepform Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. If you do not agree, do not use the site, products, or services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Income Lab. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Income Lab provides a digital membership with access to income stream playbooks, templates, AI-powered guidance, progress tracking, assessments, community resources, and other materials (collectively, the "Service"). We may add, remove, or modify features and content at any time with reasonable notice.
Income Lab provides educational content only. We do not guarantee results, income, or business success. Any income ranges, examples, testimonials, or case studies presented are illustrative and not typical. Your outcomes depend on your individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Past results of other members do not guarantee your results.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
Membership includes a one-time access fee and a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated. You authorise us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@referlabs.com.au. Cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are generally not available for digital content that has already been accessed, except where required by law.
Australian Consumer Law: Our services come with consumer guarantees under the ACL that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL. If you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL (including a refund where services are not of acceptable quality), those rights apply regardless of our general refund policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. Each membership is for a single individual and may not be shared.
Pepform Pty Ltd owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating applicable laws, infringing intellectual property rights, harvesting data, sending spam, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, scraping content, sharing your login credentials, or using the Service in a way that harms others or the integrity of the community.
If you submit content or feedback to us, you grant Pepform Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties not required by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content is always accurate or complete. This does not affect any non-excludable rights you have under the ACL.
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL), Pepform Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Income Lab in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the ACL and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pepform Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your licence ends and access may be removed. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia in respect of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
