How do I request a refund?
Email hello@referlabs.com.au within 30 days of your purchase. Subject: "Refund request." We'll process it within 5 business days. Funds typically appear in your account 3–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Do I need to prove I tried?
No. We don't make you submit screenshots, fill in forms, or "prove your work." If you say it didn't work for you within 30 days, that's the entire conversation. We trust members to be honest. They reciprocate.
What's the actual refund rate?
Under 2%. We've processed fewer than 10 refund requests from 500+ members over 12 months. The most common reason: someone bought in a moment of inspiration but their life changed (new job, family event) before they could execute. Not 'the product didn't work.'
